- Course/seminar confirmation is only made after payment is received in PT Heiland Andalan Indonesia’s bank account
- Payment is not refundable, except in the case of course cancellation by the provider PT Heiland Andalan Indonesia
- Payment refund shall only be made to the bank account the payment is originated, transfer/admin fee may be applicable
